“Technology in Opera'' is an interactive virtual workshop presented by Guerilla Opera’s Education Department that explores how new technologies are being used to tell stories on the operatic stage!

The evening features a preview and discussion of the themes and music from Guerilla Opera’s upcoming production of “Ululations and Gurgles of the Invisible'' with composer Elisabet Curbelo and lighting and projection designer Daniel Chapman. Attendees will experience a special behind-the-scenes look at the multiple ways motion sensor technology is implemented in “Ululations and Gurgles of the Invisible'' from light and sound to moving projections, discover how technology is currently used in opera, and explore ways in which it may be used and developed in the future.
